Timetables December 2012 :

• - Saturday and Sunday, December 8th and 9th 2012

3 Workgroups :

• - « Meeting with Santa Claus » - 20 minutes. This workgroup will take place in the dormitory of Hôtel du Montenvers
• - « Storyteller » at the hotel’s 1st floor
• - « Letter to Santa » - in the veranda
• - Snack arround 4.20pm – Gathering in the hall and the veranda. Opportunity to visit the « Glaciorium »

Afternoon Schedule :

• 14H00
  Meeting at the Chamonix-Montenvers train station to deliver the colored hats and form 3 groups
• 14H30
  Departure of the train
• 15H00
  Arrival at the top
• 15H05
  - 1st group in the dormitory for the meeting with Santa Claus
  - 2nd group with an accompanying adult in the veranda for the letter to Santa and making Christmas tree balls, origami and colouring
  - 3rd group with the storyteller – Glaciorium or hotel’s 1st floor
• 15H30
  - 1st group with and accompanying adult in the veranda for the « Letter to Santa »
  - 2nd group with the storyteller – In the glaciorium or in 1st floor museum.
  - 3rd groupe in the dormitory for the meeting with Santa Claus
  
• 15H55
  - 1st group with the storyteller – In the glaciorium or in 1st floor museum.
  - 2nd group in the dormitory for the meeting with Santa Claus
  - 3rd group with and accompanying adult in the veranda for the « Letter to Santa »
• 16H20
  Snack in the hall and veranda (3groups). Hot drink or fruit juice for children and hot wine for adults. Delivery of presents for the children
• 17H00
  The train returns to Chamonix
• 17H30
  Arrival in Chamonix
